Claude chat links were indexed by Google, reviving an AI privacy failure seen before

A post argues that Claude has run into another privacy failure after shared chat links were indexed by Google over the weekend.
It also notes that a similar issue reportedly affected Claude in September 2025, and that ChatGPT had faced the same class of problem earlier.
The core concern is that public or semi-public sharing flows can expose conversations to search engines when indexing is not properly prevented.
