An AI bubble debate turns on sample size, not just valuations, says a French press column

A French press column argues that the “AI bubble” debate is really a sample-size problem: if you only use ChatGPT to fix emails a few times a week, today’s spend looks absurd; if you run agents for hours to code, test, deploy, sell, and operate products, it looks like a different technology altogether.
The piece also argues that value captured must stay below value created, so the investment case depends on whether AI is limited to summarization or can absorb a large share of cognitive work. As a personal data point, the author says his last solo company reached $1M ARR in 55 days with no more than three people.
