Users say Grok’s setup is smoother than Codex and needs less extra tooling

A user says the newer setup feels much better than Codex in day-to-day use, especially on integration.

From the screenshot, the point is that Grok’s configuration is faster and more reliable, with direct access to X search plus image and video generation. By contrast, using Codex still requires extra tooling such as OpenCodex to get anything close to that experience.
