Jensen Huang says attackers already have frontier AI, so defenders need an equally strong AI ecosystem made up of both open and closed models.
He says that during the Hugging Face incident, closed AI blocked essential forensics, while an open-weight frontier model helped contain the intrusion. NVIDIA is using that incident to justify the creation of the Open Secure AI Alliance, a new industry coalition focused on tools and techniques for securing software and agents.
