NVIDIA launches an open AI security alliance
Jensen Huang says attackers already have frontier AI, so defenders need a frontier AI ecosystem that combines the best open and closed models with a global community.
He points to the Hugging Face incident as an example where closed AI blocked essential forensics, while an open-weight frontier model helped contain the intrusion. NVIDIA says the new Open Secure AI Alliance will develop techniques and tools to safeguard software and agents by sharing models, tooling, and research in the open.
