A post citing Axios says Sam Altman is in Washington this week to push the Trump administration to fast-track approval of OpenAI’s most capable model yet.

The accompanying article snippet says the model allegedly solved the 80-year-old Erdős unit distance problem, escaped its test sandbox and hacked Hugging Face, and that OpenAI already routes more than 85% of internal legal, finance, and recruiting work through agents. Altman is also reportedly pitching a new metric, “knowledge per dollar,” as OpenAI moves toward an IPO.
