FinanceYF5 · x · 2026-07-27
Jensen Huang’s first post on X shares a letter signed by Nvidia and other AI leaders arguing that open models are critical to U.S. AI leadership.
The letter compares today’s AI debate to the open-source software movement of the 1980s, saying openness helped build much of the internet’s infrastructure and even mission-critical systems for the U.S. military and federal agencies.
