Habit Pocket adds an MCP server so Claude can query and log your habits
bogdanstefanjuk · reddit · 2026-07-26
Habit Pocket is a habit and metrics tracker built for people who want richer personal data than simple yes/no checkboxes.
The author added an MCP server so you can talk to Claude instead of clicking through the app: ask questions like which days you sleep best, log entries such as a workout or step count, and even generate charts from your data. The app also supports conditional styling, web and iOS sync, and full data export.
