Orita wraps appointment booking for AI agents into a single book() call

Feitino_B · reddit · 2026-07-26

A builder on r/LocalLLaMA introduced Orita, a scheduling API for AI agents that collapses appointment booking into a single book() call.

The pitch is that developers no longer need to rebuild availability windows, timezone handling, buffer times, and conflict detection for every agent project. Orita also exposes an Agent Capability Manifest endpoint so agents can inspect a professional's languages, specialties, and telehealth options before booking. It supports OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, CrewAI, and n8n, with docs, GitHub, and PyPI already live.
