Claude Code Max customer reports negative balances, failed credit top-ups, and no billing reply

A Claude Code Max 20x customer reports a billing bug where the account shows a negative balance and repeated card charges, while paid usage credits do not restore service. The user says the service stopped at zero as expected, but the billing UI now shows impossible negative balances such as -R$19.53 and phantom debt.
The report also claims that multiple extra credit purchases on July 13 were only partially reflected, urgent work remained blocked, and a promised human billing escalation did not arrive for seven days.
