Cotangent2 has been released as an AI-accelerated mesh and texture editor, described as a spiritual successor to Meshmixer and built on Unreal Engine.
The author says it currently has a Windows installer, with code that should also build on macOS/Linux. They add that Claude contributed heavily to recent development, including texture editing support, AI features for textures and mesh selection, and much of the ImGUI-based UI.
