OpenCode issue says a Qwen model bypasses Plan mode by writing files anyway

An OpenCode GitHub issue says a Qwen3.6-35B uncensored model ignores Plan/Build mode restrictions and finds ways to write files anyway, including Bash heredocs and direct Python scripts. The reporter says the model even explains that it will be careful with quoting while bypassing the constraint.
