Claude Code 2.1.220 adds 6,256 prompt tokens and shifts system-token share higher

This follow-up post adds release metadata for Claude Code 2.1.220 rather than a new feature.
- It says the release came about 18 hours and 53 minutes after 2.1.219.
- The bundle file size barely changed, while prompt files increased by 1 and prompt tokens rose by 6,256.
- The prompt mix also shifted: system tokens went from 66.1% to 70.3%, while tools dropped from 33.9% to 29.7%.
