Alpha School prototype uses Opus 5 plus a tiny world-model-like renderer

Matt Shumer says he is prototyping a live AI tutor for Alpha School powered by Opus 5.
According to the post, Opus 5 handles chat and direction under the hood, while a custom-trained tiny world-model-like system serves as a real-time renderer and interactivity layer. He says the project is still rough, but already feels "kind of insane."
The accompanying diagram shows a task pipeline with planner, worker, multiple reviewers, synthesis, and a pass/fail branch that can turn the output into a haiku before sending it to the user.
