Claude Code 2.1.219 adds allowlists, hooks, and nested subagent forwarding

Claude Code CLI 2.1.219 adds several workflow and sandboxing changes on top of the release announcement:
- strictAllowlist can deny non-allowlisted hosts for sandboxed commands without prompting.
- A DirectoryAdded hook fires when a new working directory is registered mid-session.
- mcpservererrors now surfaces skipped MCP config entries in headless init events and startup warnings.
- The workflowSizeGuideline setting can now be configured from any settings file, and nested subagent forwarding is supported in stream-json.
