Claude Code 2.1.219 makes Opus 5 the default and adds shell-output tools

Claude Code 2.1.219 ships 27 CLI changes, including:
- Claude Opus 5 becomes the default Opus model, with a 1M context window and faster responses; fast mode is priced at $10/$50 per Mtok.
- A new tool can execute bash commands and return output directly, making shell data retrieval easier.
- The CLI can now launch agents for complex multi-step tasks, enabling delegation and subtask composition.
