Midjourney says it is acquiring Co-Star, and Co-Star CEO Banu Guler will join as Chief Design Officer.
- Guler will build a cross-functional design, product, and frontend team for Midjourney’s efforts.
- The Co-Star app will keep operating under Guler’s complete control.
