BackSearch adds an as_of date to web tools so agents can be backtested without future leakage

BackSearch is presented as a way to backtest agents that rely on web access without leaking future information.
The idea is to mirror standard web tools, but add an asof date so the agent only sees what would have been available at that point in time. That makes it possible to simulate historical web search more faithfully, instead of accidentally training or evaluating on future data hidden in modern search results.
