Microsoft’s workplace AI stack is starting to look usable, according to the poster: they gained access to Cowork in Copilot, set up MCP for Salesforce, and got computer use in Copilot Studio.
The post also notes several rough edges:
- Cowork in Copilot is still flaky, with tasks sometimes failing and concurrency limits.
- File-saving to SharePoint is awkward enough that a dedicated skill had to be created.
- The default Salesforce MCP server is limited, so customized hosted MCPs would help.
- Turning on the Salesforce connector for the Sales app may be the simplest way to bring Salesforce data into Microsoft’s ecosystem.
