At RAAIS 2026, Ted Moskovitz of Anthropic described how the company is scaling with Claude.
- He said more than 80% of Anthropic's merged code is now written by Claude.
- Kernel optimization speedups reportedly jumped from about 3x to about 52x in a single year, with the curve still not bending.
- Moskovitz framed the key metric for AI acceleration as real engineering throughput, not benchmark scores.
- He also argued that bigger models can be the cheaper option in practice and said he has become even more AGI-pilled since joining.
