Codex Voice works as an orchestrator, routing tasks across separate threads

The key mental model for Codex Voice is that voice acts as the orchestrator, not the implementer.
Instead of asking it to do everything in one context, you can say: “find my xyz thread and ask it to…” Voice then routes the work to that thread, receives the result, and keeps a two-way conversation between the orchestrator and the task contexts.
