A fencing company owner says he has built an AI-driven operating system in about four weeks, cutting tender processing from up to four hours to much faster workflows.
The system spans:
- prompt-to-quotation generation
- accurate 2D CAD drawings for approvals
- QR-code resource allocation
- operations planning with custom calendars and resource tracking
- invoicing from job-card photos
- sales automation via WhatsApp
- PDF reading from Gmail tenders
- prompt-based tender calculations reportedly reaching 90% accuracy and beyond
The post is mainly a thank-you note to the person who motivated him to build it.
