OpenAI Codex now supports one project across multiple folders

OpenAI’s Codex projects can now span multiple folders.
Local projects may include related code, docs, and reference files from different folders. Codex can read and write across them while keeping one primary folder as the Git root, which makes larger codebases easier to work with.
