ChatGPT Voice has landed on desktop, and the poster says the new setup combines a more lively live-voice experience with Codex so users can drive actions entirely by voice.
The screenshot shows the desktop voice-chat UI, and the claim is that anything Codex can do can now be initiated through spoken interaction.
