OpenAI announced the rollout of its health intelligence feature to free and paid users in the U.S., aiming to make high-quality health information more accessible, personalized, and useful.
The launch was supported by hundreds of physician partners who collectively reviewed over 700,000 model responses. They evaluated not just factual accuracy, but also communication, completeness, and appropriate medical escalation.
