PenguinHarness lets TypeScript agents create and improve other agents

The team behind PenguinHarness says it has built an Apache-2.0 TypeScript harness for agents that can create and improve other agents.
The system is meant to reduce manual wiring of prompts, tools, state, evaluation, and iteration. It currently includes:
- a small built-in tool set
- trace and session persistence
- subagents and tool approvals
- eval-driven iteration
- local and OpenAI-compatible model support
The project is still early, and MCP/ACP integration is not finished. The authors are asking for feedback on the state format, trace design, and whether this self-improvement workflow is actually useful in production.
