Sentry’s Seer agent answered a Slack question with 30 days of Notion MCP usage data

A Sentry engineer asked the company’s Seer agent in Slack how often its internal bot was calling the Notion MCP, instead of digging through dashboards manually.
The screenshot shows the agent answering with span data from the last 30 days:
- 1,494 total Notion tool calls
- 790 via notion-search
- 704 via notion-fetch
- Activity was near zero from June 27 to July 10, then picked up sharply around July 13–14 with roughly 270+ calls per day at peak
The point is less about the raw count and more about the workflow: a Slack question to an agent replaced manual dashboard navigation and query syntax hunting.
