Ryan Greenblatt says an NTSB-style AI incident board would be a strong idea: mandatory incident disclosure, a public incident database, and anonymous reporting.
He argues the goal is the same as aviation-style safety work: systematic root-cause analysis and continuously driving error rates toward zero.
