YC reposts the launch of Charlie, an AI coworker for customer-facing teams, alongside Telli’s announcement that it raised $15M.
Charlie is positioned as a helper for voice AI agents: it can analyze conversations, create workflows, connect to existing tools, generate performance reports, and help teams improve outcomes over time.
The round was led by Redalpine, with participation from Cherry Ventures, YC, strategic investors, and angels.
