Synthesia launches Roleplay Sessions for AI-powered coaching
Synthesia is rolling out Roleplay Sessions, a personalized coaching tool built around live AI roleplay and feedback.
The product is designed to help workers practice difficult conversations and scenarios, including:
- management feedback
- interviews
- customer complaints
According to the post, pilots showed a 30% average skill uplift, and nearly 70% of Fortune 10 employees came back voluntarily for repeat practice. Synthesia also says the tool was built with strict compliance from day one, including GDPR compliance and EU data residency.
