NVIDIA has released JEPA-DNA on Hugging Face, a new genomic foundation model that pairs generative pretraining with a joint-embedding predictive architecture.
The model is aimed at better functional understanding of DNA, combining representation learning with predictive structure rather than treating genomics as a purely sequence-generation task.
