Chinese robotics company Astribot released Lumo-2, its latest World-Action Model (WAM).
The technical breakdown says it is:
- built on a frozen Qwen-3.5 4B VLM
- trained in three progressive stages
- designed to align action representations with latent world dynamics, vision-language semantics, and natural-language instructions
The post frames the model as a physically grounded world model for robotics, not just a demo video.
