Claude Code bug hides the Cowork tab on Windows despite the setting being enabled

Anthropic’s Claude Code has a reported Windows regression where the Cowork tab disappears from the desktop menu even when it is enabled in settings.
- Reporter says they are on the Pro plan with Dispatch Beta working and Cowork enabled.
- In the desktop app, only Home | Code appears; the Cowork UI is invisible.
- Reinstalling, restarting, and waiting more than 24 hours did not help.
- The web flow at claude.ai/code loops back to Code setup instead of showing Cowork.
- The issue is marked as a regression in version 1.22209.0 (77c938) on Windows.
