The author says AI often leans on:
- em dashes as fake pauses
- “faux-insight” openers like “what most people miss…”
- punchy rule-of-three fragments
- binary contrasts like “it’s not X, it’s Y”
- a banned-list of generic buzzwords such as delve, leverage, and utilize
The advice is to replace those patterns with plain, direct language.
