AgenC’s swarm router keeps one agent by default and isolates every parallel writer

AgenC describes a concurrent-agent upgrade built around adaptive routing, atomic admission, durable outcomes, isolated execution, bounded context, and immutable integration evidence.
The router defaults to one agent and only fans out when the work is explicitly parallel or independent. Each child is registered before going live, assigned atomically to one idle worker, and written to a journal before the parent is notified. Parallel writers use spawn-unique Git worktrees, and only committed, clean, ancestry-verified work receives an integration ref tied to an immutable Git object ID.
