Grok Build adds tool toggles, account visibility, and TUI diagnostics

Grok Build got a major update focused on developer control and reliability.
- Users can now disable image and video generation tools through config.toml or environment variables.
- /session-info now shows whether a session uses OAuth or an API key, plus where to manage the account.
- grok doctor fix can be run directly inside the TUI.
- The release also extends !cmd timeouts to one hour and improves install/runtime stability, including lower memory usage for Voice Mode on macOS.
