Amp brings its coding agent into Slack for bug fixes, incidents, and thread search

Amp can now be summoned directly from Slack by mentioning @Amp in a channel or thread.
Examples from the post show what it can do in practice:
- read a screenshot in a user bug report, reproduce the issue, and post back a fix;
- inspect a production alert, identify the likely culprit commit, verify logs, and push a Terraform fix;
- let teammates coordinate the same incident thread and hand work back and forth;
- search Slack for past discussions relevant to the current task.
