Tesla says robotaxi launches are trending toward “entire states” at once

A Tesla post says the company is still moving toward an “all at once” robotaxi rollout. The quoted remarks from Tesla’s AI VP, Ashok Elluswamy, claim that launching in a new city has become relatively easier and will continue trending toward zero effort, eventually letting Tesla operate in entire states rather than city by city.
The post’s takeaway is that Tesla is aiming for a much more compressed deployment model: once the system is ready, it could be switched on across large geographies instead of doing local launches one by one.
