a16z’s speedrun team is adding Seeam Shahid Noor as an investing partner.
- He says he will focus on early-stage investing and is especially interested in AI dev tools, agent RL and evals, data, and infra.
- The post also says speedrun can invest up to $1M in selected founders and aims to give them “unfair advantages” to win.
