Forrester data suggests that companies with the highest readiness for agentic AI are spending their next 12 months on integration and change management, while companies with low readiness are still focused on model capabilities.
The takeaway is that the bottleneck for adoption is shifting from model quality to operational fit: APIs, integrations, and the organizational work required to make agentic systems usable in production.
