Highlights
- /code-review now runs as a background subagent, so reviews no longer clutter the main conversation and stacked /commands can target it.
- Screen-reader mode now announces deleted words and lines, giving audible feedback for common edits.
- A Windows bug that corrupted paths with \u-prefixed segments into CJK characters in tool inputs has been fixed, restoring access to affected files.
