Tesla HW3 gets FSD Supervised v14 Lite, distilled from HW4 v14

A Tesla owner says their HW3 car just received FSD (Supervised) v14 Lite. The screenshot describes the update as a distillation of HW4 v14 intelligence down to HW3.
The release note says HW3 can now learn driving scenarios using HW4 v14 as a guide, with improvements coming from RL and offline models for HW3. It also claims better proactive and reactive behavior across navigation, merges and forks, pedestrian interactions, traffic lights, and cut-ins.
