A tech analyst highlights the value of using AI for OSINT in the China AI space, mining financial filings and code repos for insights.
He points out that revenue for CoAsia, Samsung's sole HBM distributor for Greater China, has spiked dramatically. Following the US HBM export controls in late 2024, their monthly revenue from Jan to Mar 2025 nearly doubled compared to the 2024 baseline. This surge mirrors previous reports of using channels to route export-controlled Samsung HBM into China.
