Woterclip v0.3.0 finally makes persona model configs actually work

The author says every Woterclip persona has had a model: field since day one, but for three releases it did nothing.
In v0.3.0, the config finally becomes real: the dispatch uses the persona’s configured model instead of whatever model happened to launch the heartbeat.
This is presented as the actual routing mechanism behind the system.
