Claude subagents cut triage costs by routing only implementation to stronger models

The author says the economics now match the work.
Triage runs on every heartbeat, so it uses the cheapest model. Implementation only runs when a labeled issue reaches the front of the queue, so it uses a stronger model.
The old setup paid Opus prices even for label routing; this version eliminates that waste by separating routing from execution.
