Elon Musk says Optimus could become Tesla’s biggest product ever, and argues the robot is now the company’s main focus.
- Musk claims Optimus would combine human-like manual dexterity, an AI mind that can navigate the physical world, and very high-volume manufacturing.
- He says Tesla has to recreate parts of the actuator supply chain from scratch because no existing supplier can provide them.
