Microsoft is introducing a Copilot Impact Dashboard to show how AI usage affects cycle time across an organization.
The screenshot suggests the dashboard breaks users into adoption cohorts and compares them with baseline passive users, including metrics like PRs per user per month, merge time, and AI-assisted lines of code.
It also shows an adoption multiplier: engaged Copilot users reportedly ship 3.3x more code and merge PRs 2.4x faster than passive users.
