Outsourcing All Thinking to AI Makes You Irrelevant

The author argues that while AI's future is hard to predict, those who outsource all their thinking and mental effort to AI will not be the winners.
He lists examples of over-reliance:
- Prompting AI to write and debug code without ever looking at the code or trying to make sense of the errors.
- Giving AI a bunch of article links to write an essay.
- Using AI to write social media posts and emails.
When you merely serve as the input-output interface to AI, you lose control and agency. You might be thrilled by the speed initially, but it is only a matter of time before you become irrelevant.
