Anthropic Dev: Claude Code Tackles the Gap Between Model Power and Product UX

Boris Cherny, the creator of Claude Code, points out that the AI industry is in a 'product overhang' moment where underlying models can do more than what current products let users experience. Using early Claude Code as an example, he noted that while Sonnet 3.5 was highly capable, it lacked a general harness to unleash its potential until the right product framework was built.
