As machines make intelligence abundant, human 'taste'—or 'product sense'—will become the last remaining scarcity. Good product taste is more like picking a thoughtful gift than solving a ticket; it's about anticipating a want the customer hasn't said out loud and sometimes hasn't even noticed. The true delight lies in what they didn't ask for.
